Pay is private. We built it that way.
Straight answers about where your data goes and who can see it.
- Your company is walled off in the database.
- Every record carries your company, and the database itself refuses to show it to anyone outside your company, even if the app had a bug. Automated tests try to read and change another company’s data on every change we make, and they have to fail.
- Two-factor sign-in when you want it.
- Owners can add a code from an authenticator app to every sign-in. Once it’s on, pay data isn’t shown on a session without that code.
- Roles that match your yard.
- Managers run trucks and drivers but never see pay. Drivers see only their own pay, tickets and fuel. Owners decide who gets in.
- We never log into your email.
- You forward statements to a private address. No Gmail password, no inbox access.
- Statements are kept privately.
- Every file we receive is stored in private storage for your company only, so a fix can be re-run and you always have the original.
- We don’t hold bank or tax data.
- HaulClerk works out pay. It doesn’t run payroll, store bank accounts or Social Security numbers, or file taxes. Card payments go through Stripe; we never see your card number.
- Every pay change is logged.
- Pay rules, adjustments and approvals are recorded with who did it and when.
